Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Felmache, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Felmache. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Roles and marketplace

Felmache connects creators and businesses. Creators may list services; businesses may request services and negotiate deals. Felmache is not a party to any deal, but provides tools for negotiation, escrow, attribution, and dispute resolution.

4. Deals, payments, and escrow

  • Deal terms must be accepted by both parties before work begins.
  • Businesses fund deals through Stripe; funds are held until delivery is approved.
  • Creators receive payouts to a connected Stripe account after successful delivery and approval.
  • Refunds and disputes are handled according to the dispute process described in the Platform.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not use Felmache to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content;
  • Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other users;
  • Circumvent Platform fees or payment protections;
  • Upload malware, spam, or illegal content;
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party right.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content to Felmache, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit it as necessary to operate the Platform. Deal-specific usage rights are governed by the agreed deal terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, or risk to the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Limitation of liability

Felmache is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in fees by you to Felmache in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
